So the realization that I should wear turtleneck tops under my dresses has been the best wardrobe change for me since moving to San Francisco – where we live in perma-fall. And in this off and on rainy month, being warm has been a must! When I lived in Las Vegas, I had an endless array of dresses, many of which were too skimpy to wear in San Francisco. I got rid of so many because of their style (and because I lost weight) so I still miss some pieces I wish I could have figured out how to wear better, instead of giving up!
This dress is a fairly recent purchase, I was initially going to give it to my sister! But I decided to keep it for myself 
The small design elements are so pretty. I DON’T want to wait until Summer to wear it though! So I had to bust out the thick tights and turtleneck! Winter ready in an instant! And then I look at this photos after and notice, OOPS, part of the hem fell (gotta fix that soon.)
